Fresh fruit processing

Our small fresh fruit processing division has the ability to process fruit picked at its peak and standardize the final product into a fruit puree which is immediately chilled then frozen. We do 100% single strength fruit processing – so the final product you use to make your jams, jellies, pastries, fillings, pies, juice drinks, marinades and more are made with the freshest unadulterated fruit product available on the market today!

Our specialty is deseeded Concord grape puree. We are certified to process organic as well as natural.
